Why do you ask for email verification?
We require email verification to ensure security and to establish a reliable account recovery path.
How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
2FA can be configured in your Profile Settings. It may be optional or strictly required depending on your organization’s policy. If your product offers backup codes, ensure you save them in a secure location (like a password manager) during setup.
I forgot my password
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to receive a secure reset link. Note that these links expire after a short period for security reasons.
Privacy and Data
Who can see my data?
Data stays entirely within your organization. Participants who join via a room code (without an account) only see what is strictly necessary for the live session they joined. They cannot access historical reports or scenarios.
Leaving an Organization
If you need to leave an organization, you can request offboarding through your Organization Admin, who can remove your user account from the team settings.
