Tracking Action Items

Tabletop exercises are only as valuable as the improvements they drive. The Lessons Learned feature allows you to track follow-up action items identified during your hotwash.

Adding Action Items

During or after generating your report, you can document specific gaps, missing controls, or necessary policy updates as Lessons Learned.

These items persist in your organization’s dashboard so you can:

• Assign owners (if supported).
• Track progress over time.
• Verify them during your next tabletop exercise.

Consistently reviewing your Lessons Learned ensures your organization is steadily improving its incident response maturity.
