Working as an MSP
Managed Service Providers (MSPs) use Breachday to deliver high-quality, repeatable tabletop exercises to their clients.
MSP Accounts vs Client Organizations
An MSP Account acts as an umbrella. Beneath it, you can provision discrete Client Organizations. This ensures that client data is strictly segregated.
Switching Organizations
Once granted access, MSP users can seamlessly switch between their own administrative organization and their client organizations. To switch:
- Open the organization dropdown in your dashboard.
- Select the client organization you wish to manage.
- You are now acting within that client’s environment.
Client Slots
Your MSP subscription determines how many active client organizations (slots) you can manage simultaneously.
White-Label Reports
If your MSP tier supports it, you can enable white-label reporting. This allows you to remove Breachday branding on exported reports and replace it with your own consultancy’s branding. You can toggle this feature within the client’s Settings area.
